Sweating to death – dust clogging air vents and fan

I admittedly have a pretty strange body temperature.

It seems like it goes through wild extremes throughout every single day.

Everyday, when I wake up in the morning, I feel like I’m at an intermediate temperature. By the time afternoon rolls around, however, I’m always freezing cold. No matter what I do, it seems like my circulation just slows down mid-afternoon and my internal thermostat takes a break. Then, when nighttime settles in, I’m guaranteed to be burning hot. For some reason, I’m extremely prone to warm and sweaty nights where I don’t get a single wink of sleep. That’s why it’s extremely important for me to have adequate air temperature control wherever I’m sleeping. I need to have use of a powerful air conditioning system to reduce the indoor air temperature and humidity drastically. After that, I really need some high powered ventilation to circulate the air in my room. That’s why I wasn’t having a great time last night trying to sleep without either of these air quality control measures. I was staying at my boyfriend’s house for the first time in a few months, and found out the hard way that his air conditioning system and standing fan are negatively affected by dust in the air at this point. It felt like there was barely any air conditioned air coming from his vents overhead, so the indoor temperature was unpleasant. His standing fan was clogged with dust, so no air could pass through the fan grate. All night, I tossed and turned, wondering what on Earth was going on with his indoor air quality. In the morning, after I had investigated his air handling devices, I cursed his disgusting air quality control devices.
